Due to the handmade nature of our bangles, minor variations in colour, texture, or design may occur. Such variations are natural and shall not be considered defects. Product images are for reference purposes only.

3. Ready-Made Bangles (Website Orders)

Ready-made bangles listed on the website are available for direct purchase through the website checkout.

  • Orders for ready-made products are confirmed upon successful placement and payment through the website.

  • Availability of ready-made products is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation.

4. Customised Bangles (WhatsApp Orders)

Customised bangles are made based on specific customer requirements such as colour, size, name, date, or design preferences.

  • Customised orders are not confirmed through the website checkout.

  • Customers must place customised order requests via WhatsApp or other official communication channels.

  • Design details, pricing, and delivery timelines are confirmed before the order is processed.

  • Once a customised order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices for ready-made bangles are fixed and displayed on the website.

  • Prices for customised bangles may vary depending on design complexity and materials used and are confirmed during WhatsApp communication.

The Prishan Collection reserves the right to change prices at its discretion.

6. Payments

  • Payments for ready-made bangles are completed through the website checkout.

  • Payments for customised orders are collected only after design and pricing approval and communicated separately.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days after confirmation, depending on the product type.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service. The Prishan Collection shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence.

  • Customised bangles are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
