As our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you accordingly.

Customised bangles are not eligible for return or exchange.
